Custom encryption method with SMTP server for email report delivery

Organization Name -Deloitte
Description (Required): Need to enable custom encryption method (except, TLS 1.2, password) for any email report delivery. This needs custom mail server to configure for Fusion cloud system.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Business needs to receive the report outputs with company specific encryption methods with custom mail server setup.
Enhancement Request / Service Request: As per Oracle, Custom Mail server configuration is not feasible for SaaS customers. (available only for on-premises customers)
