BIP dedicated section in Idea Lab

Description (Required):

Could we have an area dedicated to BIP improvements in the Ideal Labs, next to the "Transactional Reporting (OTBI)" one? These two technologies have very little in common, but currently there is no other obvious place for BIP requests.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

When searching for BIP improvement, or wishing to submit an idea regarding BIP, the closest place to do that is in the OTBI section, which is confusing.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:

Please create a section called "BI Publisher" next to the OTBI one, and move the related discussions in it
