Ability to scroll right in compound layout when in 'Edit View'

Description (Required):
Currently, when customizing in 'Edit View' the user is not able to scroll to the right in the 'Compound Layout' to verify that the changes made are looking correctly. If we could have a much larger view of the layout and given scrolling functionality, the UX would be greatly improved.
