Description (Required):
Currently, when you edit a report there is no audit log to see what has been changed, there is a Last Modified date but this is not always accurate from our testing. Having a way to see what field has been added or formula has been change from or to as well as having the ability to roll back any changes to a previous version of that report.
Also having Month on Month backup that can be looked at to see if there is a functionality change from a recent update.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
After 22A a number of reports have recently stopped functioning as they have been built but they were working prior to 22A. Archiving each individual report every month is not a viable solution and you can't archive and unarchive the "Custom" folder into a "My Folders" as a backup and unarchive it removes the User view folder completely.
So a way to look at other versions of reports and a way to make it automatically back it up to help with administration and changes of reports.
