OAC - Print for Narrative View with Background image in OAC Classic raise error message

PDF print and Excel export from OAC report not working on OAC (component: BI, sub component: Analysis & Dashboards)
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
this requirement is related to customer Siebel & OAC project on OCI. The possibility of printing PDF file based on OAC report is critical for customer's business department. This issue has been escalated by the customer to Oracle ACS and Cloud Management.

Details:
As documented within SR 3-30302980631: “PDF Print for Narrative View with Background image in OAC Classic raise error message” there is Report migrated from OBIEE 11g to OAC which worked before.
The Report shows an image (.jpg) as Background of a table in a Narrative.
Everything works fine, if we open the Report, but the PDF Print and Excel Export raise the following error message:
"There was an error processing your download. \n Please check with your administrator"
HTML Print works fine.
Because of OAC, we do not have any Adminstrator View on Logfiles in order to get more details.
