Identifying Reference Designators for items in ECO pending state

Hi,
I am generating a report to access the reference designator for an item in ECO pending state. I am able to pull the latest revision for the item but between EGP_Components _B and the EGP_Reference_Designators there is only the component_sequence_id that links between the two tables. However linking just by this id will pull all the reference designators as opposed to the ref desig for that item revision. Any advice as to how that can be retrieved would help a lot.
In the attached screenshot, for component item_num 1211146 for revision R there is only one reference designator C244. But my query fetches all the reference designators for the component item even from the previous version.
