2.I found Office 2016 is certified with OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 from the following Certification Matrix , so can Data Visualization refer it ?

Are you talking about Data Visualization Desktop which is currently at version 12.2.2.1.1-20161222001521 ?
Or do you talk about the one installed with OBIEE (the /va/....) ?
DVD can load XLSX files from Office 2016, so what kind of support do you look for?
The OBIEE Data Visualization one also can load Office 2016 Excel files, but again not sure of what kind of support you look for...

Yes, customer are using OBIEE (the /va/....), so I think they can refer to the System Requirements and Supported Platforms file above.
