Is there any virtual machine available for BI Apps 11.X ?

Hello

Is there any virtual machine available for BI Apps 11.X (like sample sales for OBIEE) to download? I have not found any thing which has BI Apps including ODI/OBIEE etc.

I have downloaded sample sales V506, but it is containing only OBIEE, not BI Apps.

Kindly let me know from where I can download virtual machine for BI Apps 11g.
