Hello All,

Please i tried to edit my my organisation balance score care as admin and i get this error:

Unable to edit/view: Error outside of Presentation Catalog occurred.

Please how do i go about it. I have restarted BI services but the error still coming up.

    What version? What OS? HAve you looked at any log file?

    Please provide pertinent information. It's good etiquette and shows you're interested in the community and not just looking for people to do your work for free.

    Hello Berg,

    Thanks for your response. I have been able to resolve it. I can now edit the view.

    All I did was to restart the server and also restart the BI services.
