BI Publisher Desktop install missing Word Add In

    Issue still occurs, and the workaround is hanging the MS Word application. Please help, if someone is having any solution. I raised a SR for this.

    The Above suggestion helped me. thanks

    Manage disabled addins and enabled it. then Went to Manage>COM Add-ins and clicked on Go

    I've completed Re-install MS 365, then fixed it.

    I am having the same issue with the add-in showing up in Excel, but not in Word on Office 365… tried installing latest version as well all other suggestions here including managing disabled add ins, etc., and they didn't work. Is there a solution anywhere that will? Please help. Thanks.
