BI Report time out error

Hi All,

We have developed a report in OBIEE using data model and template. The Data Model Query is fetching data from various tables, large query. The report is ending in error after 600sec as time out. Even in Scheduled Process, the report is getting error.

So, how can we run a report in Fusion which has a processing time > 600 sec ??

Please help me.

Thanks for reply.

We have updated the value, but not sure of how much time it will take depending on the data available.

Also, the processing time of the BI server is really slow. Is there any way to know the server parameters for the execution of report?? Are there any ways to improve the performance (along with query tuning). Please advise.
