Is DVD for a single user (Install user) ?

Can only the user who installs the DVD can access it, not other users?

my machine as two users, I install DVD, I can access, other user logs in, he cant access, as seems like C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\DVDesktop is created only for me, so when other user logs in he doesnt has this directory. is my understanding correct?

Or something is wrong and these temp areas should have been created for all the users? and all users on a given machine should have the access?

On my machine, only the user who has installed is able to use it, I will try again and check and close this thread if it works.

It's not designed for multiple concurrent users, but one install is for all users on the machine. Each user has their own data.  Just start DV Desktop as the second user.
