Looking for assistance on more details as to the fix applied for This issue was identified as a product defect BUG 16188769 EFFECTIVE_FROM_DT CHANGES IN FND_FLEX_VALUES CAUSES ISSUE IN W_GL_SEGMENT_D.
As per the instructions and "Patch_16188769_Technote" , it appears changes to "SDE_ORA_GLSegmentDimension.XML" but the exact Technical changes applied are unclear. Please advise.
