Cannot create Projects in Data Visualization Cloud service

Hi,

I am able to login to my Data Visualization service and add Data Sets, but I cannot find the "Create Project" link.

Even if I click on a Data set and see the "Visualize" tab - all I see is the "Drop Visualizations or Data elements Here" gray text in the middle of the screen - but I don't have any toolkit (like I do in Desktop version).

Is this related to a "normal" condition? Is there any additional steps I need to do to enable full functionality in DV?

Also, is it possible to upload a .dva file into cloud?

If you see something like this, you have proper privileges granted by your Administrator

If you see something like this, then you do not have appropriate privileges granted

Yes, it is possible to upload .dva to cloud

Data Visualization Desktop 12.2.2.4.x is compatible with Oracle Analytics Cloud 18.1.3
