Hello Everyone,

I'm quite new to this community. seeking help on ServiceNow BI Publisher Integration. We would like to get data from ServiceNow into BI Publisher to make reports and dashboards on data coming from ServiceNow. However when adding ServiceNow web service url as data source in BI publisher we are encountering errors. I verified the ServiceNow web service url using SOAP UI and it is getting the data. Has anyone successful in achieving ServiceNow BI publisher integration. Please help. SOAP or REST anything would work?

I already have those links for referring, but their is no information on error codes or troubleshooting errors wile using web services as data source. and first link refers to third party driver which may need a purchase which is not needed when you have web services to use.
