Cannot create BI Content after extended bi Domain with BIP Template

Hey guys!
Recently I came across an OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 installation without BIP deployed, then I got the request to enable it, therefore I run the .config.sh and was able to extend the existing domain using the BIP template, all services are running, I am able to access to BIP through the web, navigate through the catalog but all the options under new are greyed out!
I also checked under EM Application Policies that there was no BIP resource available to add to my BIServiceAdministrator so it seems that something on the deployment has not been done or has an error!
Anyone, any thoughts would be much appreciated!
