Date Formats in Data Visualisation within BIC

I have a user who is trying to change the date format in a data source. Currently in the data source the date is in the format dd/mm/yyyy eg 01/11/2018. They want to change this to dd-mmm-2018 ie 01-Nov-2018. NB Currently they are using the DV part of BIC (Business Intelligence in the Cloud)

In DVD this is easy as the properties display date formats so they can select whatever they want. In the DV part of BIC, the properties don't display date formats. Is there some way for the users to change date formats or does it have to be done at source?
