NTile function behavior inconsistency between DV and Oracle database

Hi,
I am trying to create some data buckets using the NTile function in data visualization, but getting incorrect result when its trying to distribute similar values into different buckets. I have cross-checked it with NTile query function result from oracle database and they don't seem to match. I have attached some screenshots that will give you an idea of the sample dataset and the results I am getting. Is there any reasons for such different results?
