Reporting Options to replace Discoverer Reports

Hi All,
Our customer is looking for some reporting options to migrate their real time reports from Discoverer.
I have found a MOS note (Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer Statement of Direction - March 2014 (Doc ID 1634827.1) which seems to be pretty old. Could you kindly provide some inputs around the Oracle Products which can be help the customer to move away from Discoverer.
