Maximum Query Limit OAC in OCI Gen 2

In OAC classic, to change the maximum query limit and/or export limit can be done by changing the settings in Instanceconfig.xml and NQSConfig.ini files. 

But since OAC classic is being phased-out, hence we need to move to OAC in OCI gen 2. Unfortunately, changing these files are no longer possible (due to not able to SSH to the server) while the business still required a higher threshold (even beyond the threshold with max OCPU).

Is there anyone facing a similar issue and what is your workaround?

Check the documentation: Right now these are the limits and they are set by environment size:

However the upper limit for exporting from Answers is 2'5000'000 and from DV it's 1'000'000
