Is any method to reserve leading zeroes in excel template
Is any method to reserve leading zeroes in excel template. Here length for that field is different.
Kindly help on this. I changed the field format to number to restrict scientific format.

In general: Excel is Excel and 0000000123 is just 123 to it because 123 is a number.
0000000123 may seem to your human eye like a text string but it's not. Numbers do not have "leading zeros. Only strings have.
'0000000123' is a string and Excel will always try to see it as a number unless you clearly and explicitly force Excel to treat a column or a cell to behave as a text string.
