BI Report Output Formatting Options based on Security Roles

Hi,
I understand it is possible to specify the report output options at the time of report design, however I wanted to ask if we can do a conditional login on that?
For eg. HR Manager can have 3 options PDF, RTF and CSV
LM can have only PDF
Employee can have only RTF.
Not sure if it is possible but wanted to hear any pointers.
