Hi,

I have one requirement where i have two layouts bodies in single RTF. Based employee entity group we are deciding which layout should go to mail to the employee.

Ex: if KI then HTML output + Image (as an attachment)

if KGS then only HTML output.

If employee entity group is KI then employee should get email as shown in below image.

I kept condition entity group to pickup layout from the RTF.

I am attaching RTF which i am using and its XML.please Check those and let me know if any information need to understand the issue.

Hi Rashmi,

I don't think there is a possibility to attach images + get html o/p in email using bursting...

You can get html attachment or html o/p in body..
