Would like to know who is running OTBI and BIP reports

Summary
OTBI audit capabilities
Content
Hi folks,
I was not able to find a way to create an idea for the request below.
We would like to know if there is a way to request :
- Which Report is running
- How many times
- Last date on which a report was executed
- User who ran the report
This will help us to assess this adoption of our reports and potentially deprecate those not used to propose new ones.
We've tried to apply a procedure shared by one member but it seems that some informations/tables are not available on our Cloud instance to extract those informations.
On top of that, we request to get this information from the Cloud Service plateform on our weekly RUEI and Metrics reports but they are not able to provide this type of info.
It will be very usefull if each customer could know and assess usability of their reports deployed.
Thanks a lot for your comments, reactions and advices.

Hi Hakim,
I was able to get something on same lines a year and a half back .. (not sure if the tables are still holding the same and are exposed for consumption)
The old findings with screenshot can be referred in below link:
Kind Regards

Hi Ashish,
We already discussed about this on another thread https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/7ace5f1691
My Comment :
Unfortunatelly after creating the report we were not able to see any data.
Is this only for on premise client? Is there any security need or other setup to perform?
Your Comment :
When I tried this a couple of years ago I was able to fetch data, since then I guess some changes in the architecture wherein these details probably are not stored in those tables.
In the cloud world the service provider generally controls what to expose and what not to.

Hello,
Please find below documentation on how to work with Audit data in Cloud environments using BI - the KM note includes some sample reports as well.
