How to get the count of rows in any given data store in BICC ?

We're extracting the fusion data to ATP using BICC extracts and OIC. Recently there was an incident where the data replication program failed and notification was missed. Hence the customer is looking for a solution to look for the count of row in any datastore in fusion and count of rows in matching ATP table to validate if all the data is present in ATP.
Do we have any way to get the count of rows in any given data store ?
