Description

Would like to see who are the recipients on an agent/scheduled report

Use Case and Business Need

Currently when you receive a scheduled report or agent from OBI, you do not see the recipients.  The recipients or "To" is blank.  This is important especially now that the agent history is no longer available.  This will help us identify if the report was ran and who received it.

    This is very much needed as developers might, by mistake, add incorrect recipients and there is no way for users to understand whom the email is sent across to.

    Since there is also no scheduler instance documentation, this is much needed. It is difficult to keep the list current without the recipient list or some report similar to the Business Objects Inventory report which showed ALL scheduled instance detail:  recipients, parameter values, etc.

    We also need this feature implemented for us.

    OBIEE has a configuration setting for emails called Use BCC Instead of To that defaults to display BCC addresses as contrary to TO addresses. 

    Oracle Taleo is also currently set to this default to prevent email recipients from seeing who else the emails are routing to. 

    This email setting is a global configuration setting and cannot be changed for individual zones. 


    Changes to OBI global configuration settings must be requested through an Enhancement Request

    Currently, once an OBI scheduled report is sent via email, it does not display in the email all the names of the recipients. We need to see this information to confirm receipt of the report.
