A quick way of applying formatting (incl. conditional formatting) across an entire row instead of going column by column

Use Case and Business Need

Would love a quick way of applying formatting to an entire row  (and conditional formatting to an entire row based on the value in one column) in a quick step instead of going column by column to copy/paste or replicate.

Example: Highlight an entire row (all req information) based on the requisition's status (i.e. if "On Hold" highlight every cell in that row in yellow).

It is a bit time consuming to have to go into each column properties to apply the same formatting or conditional formatting logic. If there was a way to apply it across all columns depending on the value of one column, it would save a lot of time and trouble.
