Option to Re-Run OBIEE Report with Prompts

Currently we don't have an option to re-run the report with prompt page in OBIEE

Use Case and Business Need

OBIEE reports with prompt doesn't have an option to re-run the report. Example: when a user select a prompt value and then click ok, report retrieves data. Only option available is to refresh, but if user wants to re-run the same report for different prompt value, would have to either do browser back button or click on Catalog to completely re-run the report.

Would be very nice and user friendly if user would be given a option to return back to prompt page to re-run the same report for different prompt values.

Hi Shashi,

If you put the report on a dashboard, there is a Return link that appears which allows users to access the prompt page again.

Thanks for the solution, yes "Return" link does appear once I place analysis report in Dashboard. But now I have 2 reports, one is analysis and another is Dashboard. Would have been very nice, if "Return" link was available for Analysis report itself.
