Mobile UI Search renders blank search criteria when using the Back Arrow
Description
Format Back Arrow to Save search criteria selected so user can reuse the search criteria again and select a different item
Use Case and Business Need
Example:
Account Search criteria = City: Miami ; State= FL ; Customer Name = NAPA
Results = 254 customers in Miami FL named NAPA
User chooses the first item, views the details and determines this isn't the customer location he is looking for.
User selects the Back Arrow and returns to the Search Criteria.
**Current state of application = user has to re-enter criteria again, then select the 2nd item on the results list, etc. repeating until he finds the correct location.
***Request is to return the user to the results list, with one press of the Back Arrow. Then by pressing the Back Arrow a 2nd time, the user is returned to the search criteria page.
This would need to be added to ALL search pages- Opportunities, Activities, Accounts, Contacts, etc.
