Need ability to report on diversity questions and answers we have configured in TEE

Use Case and Business Need

We periodically review our application process to ensure we are complying with local government requirements and want to provide a report that includes all diversity questions and answers we have configured for each country.

Today we can report on the diversity answers selected by candidates during their application process.  We also have the option of reporting on the delivered diversity questions and answers.  But there is no ability to report on our specific diversity setup.

Therefore we would like to have the ability to report on the configuration of all delivered and custom diversity forms, questions, and answers within the Administration subject area of Taleo OBI.  For Forms it would include the code, name, status, contextualization selections, attached questions, and the update history.  For Questions it would include the code, type of question, status, format of the question, display option selected, mandatory flag, attached answers, and the update history.  For Answers it would include the answer itself, the type of answer and the status.

Access to the entire configuration of the diversity functionality will allow us to generate real-time reports of the live setup instead of relying on possibly out-of-date configuration documents or having to manually build a list of each form, question, and answer by looking through the configuration settings.
