Description

Communication email should be stored for future reference to efficiently handle the customer queries

Use Case and Business Need

Customer service team cannot see the communication email history send to the end customer and thus could not answer the queries raised by the customer. Ideally the communication history should be available for future references. and should be available for a certain period of time.
