We would like the ability to report on ACE question responses specific to each individual question.
Use Case and Business Need
- Our Talent Marketing group runs sourcing campaigns in various markets to target candidates in Taleo that fit certain criteria that could make them good candidates to invite to re-apply via email. This enhancement would give us the ability to filter on some of the ACE questions candidates had completed in the past to narrow down the search criteria to the right candidates.
- Our Recruiting group needs the ability to find out the percentage of people who were knocked out of a funnel for answering 'No' to a specific ACE question. This functionality would help them evaluate whether or not the questions being asked are working as intended.
