Add "FTE Contract" to Subject area's in OBIEE - HCM Fusion

Description
The field “FTE Contract” is missing in OBIEE – HCM Fusion. Based on the information from the table “PER_ASSIGN_WORK_MEASURES_F“ we should be able to find the field in the subject area "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time" and/or "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time". Only the fields “Assignment count”, “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) and “Head Count” are visible. In OBIEE it is possible to fill the field “FTE Contract” but it is not possible to find it when we try to make an analyses.
Use Case and Business Need
For calculating the salary of employees we work with an interface between Oracle and a third party software. The field “FTE Contract” is used to calculate the agreed (contracted) salary and working hours. The field “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) is used to calculate the real time salary and working hours. This field is used only for information purposes. That is why “FTE Contract” and “FTE” does not always have the same value. The third party software only works with “FTE Contract”.
For example: A full-time employee that works 40 hours a week (contracted working hours) gets sick and can only work 20 hours (temporarily). The “FTE contract” will not be changed to 20 hours, since this field is used for the contracted salary/working hours. Instead of changing the “FTE contract” field, the field “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) will be changed to 20 hours and an Element entry “Sick hours” with value 20 will be created. The Element entry is a negative amount, so that the third party software can deduct this from the “FTE contract”. In this way the third part software can still calculate the correct salary (contracted hours 40 – Sick hours element 20 = temporary hours 20). When the employee gets better, the Element Entry “Sick Hours” will be ended. Then the salary will only be calculated with “FTE contract”. This applies for every employee, it does not matter if the working hours are different.
For analyses purpose, the “FTE” and “FTE contract” is used to see how many workers are working and not working the contracted working hours. In this way we can see the difference between contracted working hours (FTE contract) and real time working hours (FTE).
More details
We are not using the field “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) for the interface between Oracle and the third party software. If we use the field “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) and change this field. The full-time employee will automatically change to a part-time employee, because the working hours are changed. If that happens the interface will not work since the employee is still a fulltime employee in the third party software. Also when an employee is sick and the “Full-Time Equivalent” (FTE) is changed to the temporarily working hours it is tedious to change it back to normal. We first have to look up the contracted working hours before we can change it back. That is why we chose to use the “FTE Contract” field for the interface and Element entry “Sick hours” to correct the salary in the third party software. That is why “FTE Contract” cannot be changed and why we need “FTE Contract” field for analyses/reporting.
