Creating Subject Area / Presentation Table on other required Physical Table

Description

We have a requirement to show the Adjustment History details for Project Expentiture Item and the table "PJC_EXPEND_ITEM_ADJ_ACTS" which stores the details is not being used any Subject Area.
Also, we require the data stored in "PJF_OBJ_STATUS_CHANGES" TABLE in OTBI report.

It would be very helpful if we can add these and other tables in some Subject Area to fetch the deatils in OTBI report.
