Excel Export is limited to 20K rows in BI Publisher

Description
OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher Reports data can be exported upto only 20K rows in excel . Business has more than 20k rows which is insufficient . I request oracle to expand the number of rows that we can export to excel should be atleast 100k.

This idea will benefit the users that they can export more data into excel

Current product has limitation that we are able to export less than 20k rows in excel, which is very limited to the business
