Our company requires the business lines to follow change management process/window. As a part of Quality Assurance team, we need to detect unauthorized configuration changes in Taleo application.
We normally utilize a report from the audit table, but Oracle rep explained that there are audit tables or reports aren't available as of today. We would like to have this capability on Taleo application; so we are in compliance with our company policy.
Use Case and Business Need
For example, when offer letter texts are modified, any dropdown values are added/deleted/modified, a report would pull this type of changes, including subject/field (what), changed by (who) and changed at (when).
