Ability to create a OTBI report for purchasing document communication

We want to build a report for the details sent through "communicate purchasing document" task, through OTBI. This information that is needed in the report are -- PO number, the Email id to which the mail was sent, weather the mail was received by the Supplier, weather the communication was successful and other basic info. If this details can be retrieved through OTBI reports, it would be helpful to easily access the purchase document details.

Navigation:

1. Schedule process > Running ESS job > "Communicate Purchasing Documents"

2. Open a PO >  Action > Communicate

Use Case and Business Need

Client needs a report, to view the details they are sending through "communicate purchasing document" task. They also want to know the status of the communication.

More details

This data is available in fusion_orasdpm which is under SOA and BPM Infrastructure. Now, this cannot be accessed through BI Publisher, we cannot use this to build a report. We need a table with this data, which is accessible through OTBI.

This would be extremely beneficial. I found a measurement that you would assume is the correct one to use, but it gives false data.

Oracle – 4467270, view document history

SA using: Procurement – purchasing real time

Folder > Purchase order header detail

Measurement > Communicated Date

Shows date of 4/19 for communication date

Never communicated successfully - all communicates were failures/errors.
