Description
Within Analytics, enable the child Accrual Items object to be used within Analytics.
Thus it will be possible to check parameters such as points used and expiration dates.
Use Case and Business Need
Having access to this information, we can use and check how many points were used and thereby calculate the spread between the accrual points and their redemption through the report.
More details
We are currently unable to use these parameters. Which affects several metrics that could be assembled with these parameters.
