OTBI Field for Manager Work Email

Add an OTBI Field in the Worker -> Manager Folder for Manager Work Email.  Currently there is the E-Mail Address for a Manager but that is based on the Primary Flag not the Work Email.  Employees can make changes to what email is the Primary Email.

Use Case and Business Need

We have many types of reports that include Manager Email Address.  These reports support our business be able to send emails to Managers of employees that may not completed some action within HCM.  The existing Email Address for Manager uses the Primary Flag.  Employees can change the Email Primary Flag from there work to a personal email.  This would then release sensitive information (Managers Personal Email) for that manager to the business and should not see that.  

The current work round is building Logical SQL and/or a BI Publisher report which is time consuming.

Also, Oracle pushed a field for the worker for Work Email and it would make sense to also do that for Manager folder so only the Work Email is presented.  

More details

The existing application only has Managers Email which is set to the Primary Email and not the Work Email.  Having this field will save time with having to turn to a Logical SQl or BI Publisher report to get the needed filled where we want to see the Manager Work Email.
