Ability to export Custom Message Having HTML Tags

Description

Currently when you build an analysis with the subject area "Service - CRM Service Request Messages Real Time" and you bring back "Service - CRM Service Request Messages Real Time"."Service Request Message"."Message Content". The message content is displayed on the report however when you export the report the message content for all emails including HTML tags get an error message "ERROR-IN-HTML-TO-FO-CONVERSION". 

It would be good if we can export the message content regardless of the content being plain text or has html tags included.  

Use Case and Business Need

The management team need the ability to export and analyse the email/message content of all messages. The ability to only view this in the application and not being able to see the content of the message on an export prevents our leaders to do further analysis with this data.
