Edit Report: No execution of query before edit it

Description
hi,
we would like to request an enanchment regarding the "Edit Report" functionality.
In ticket SR # 3-24371241531: OBIEE 11 Edit Report we asked if it was possible to avoid the query being executed before editing the fields of a report.
You answred to us that this is normal behavior but that the request can be canceled after the execution.
But now we are here to ask if it is possible to change this functionality so that the "old query" is not executed before it is changed.
As you can see in the attached file we refer to the "Edit" functionality and after that to the panel "Criteria".
I would like to point out that in the OBIEE 10 version the query could be modified without being executed first
Use Case and Business Need
This is a very important problem for the end user for the following reasons:
- each query is traced and must be justified by the operator, the reports executed before being modified would create more "traffic" not justified.
- In some cases, if the query is long, the wait is not acceptable

Hi Andrea,
Our users avoid this issue by always opening the Criteria tab when editing a report instead of the Results tab. This can be set by going to My Account > Preferences > Analysis Editor > Full Editor: Start on Criteria tab when editing Analysis.
