Description (Required):

Need to determine timing and chronological order of all scheduled finance job processes. We have attempted to create the report and discovered that some of the fields we need are not available. We need the following fields (at a minimum):

  • Frequency
  • Scheduled start date
  • Scheduled end date
  • Scheduled start time
  • Process Name


Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Our business needs are:

  • We were advised by Oracle to pause our scheduled jobs during the quarterly updates
  • When migrating fixes or new reports that might impact, or be impacted by, certain scheduled jobs
  • Month-end close activities may need to be scheduled before or after certain jobs are ran
  • Year-end close activities may need to be scheduled before or after certain jobs are ran

It is difficult to pause jobs, or schedule other activities around them, when we can't easily identify those that are scheduled to run.
