Allow users to submit online report submission instead of report scheduling that could take more than 5 mins to execute. Not all users will have the access to schedule reports on their own and in some cases users might not have necessary roles for the jdbc connection so allow users to submit online report adhoc report submission..

Not all users will have the access to schedule reports on their own and in some cases users might not have necessary roles for the data source connection. So allow users to submit online report adhoc report submission that dont need additional access.
