Setting up proper "from email address" for report outputs - Scheduled BI reports
Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): ARGENT ENERGY HOLDINGS LIMITED
Description (Required): scheduled BI reports to send out the output to our customers via email and these reports are sent by using "ekce.bi.sender@workflow.mail.em2.cloud.oracle.com" as from email address. We would like to use Argent email address in from address to send these reports. ?
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Customers will be replying based on the report output. Now the report is sent out using a instance specific email, client is not able to reply to this email. We would like to change this to custom email address so they can reply to that email.
