Workforce Management - Absence Real Time Extension

Description (Required):Need to additional fields added to the Workforce Management - Absence Real Time OTBI Subject Area.
It appears the Absence Type -> Description column in the Workforce Management - Absence Real Time Subject Area is using the ANC_ABSENCE_CATEGORIES_F_TL description column, not the ANC_ABSENCE_TYPE_VL description column. This is confusing to our end users since that's not clearly indicated. Any chance we can get the original Description column renamed to Category Description and a new column added for the Description column from ANC_ABSENCE_TYPE_VL?AN
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Business User can not report on the absence type description. The business users need this field for accurate reporting on COVID absenses
