Requirement 1: Include Report parameters

1. In continuation to SR 3-29146350721 : Log for BI reports, Cohu wants to capture all the audit log details wherever user runs the BI publisher reports online (On-demand). There is need to capture the below details as per the legal compliance:

We were mainly looking for four information regarding on demand BI report/Online execution as below. Three of them are available on below audit reports.

Most important one – What parameters have been used by the user while running the report , is NOT available on audit or any other report.

A: What parameters Used

B: Time of report execution

C: Who ran the report

Which report executed

Audit reports provided in the above SR:

1. Audit Reports

a. Audit Data for Report Execution.

b. Audit Data for Catalog Object Updates

2. Usage Reports

a. Hourly Concurrency.

b. Report Execution-Time Metrics.

c. Report Performance by Report Type.

d. Runtime Statistics.

Requirement 2: Raise a Business event to OIC

Request to Raise a Business event to OIC when any BIP report is executed.
