Description (Required):

We need the ability to report on the Benefit Relationship and Benefit Relationship Status irrespective of whether the employee is enrolled in Benefits or not.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Benefit Relationship is only available under Benefits - Personal Information Real Time\Benefits Balances and if Benefit Balances are not used then this returns no data. There is also Benefit Relation Name and Primary Relation in the subject area Benefits - Enrollment Real Time\Participant Enrollment Results Details\Benefit Relationship however if employees are not enrolled in benefits they do not show in the report.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:

The request is to update the reporting capability to be able to report on the Benefit Relationship irrespective if the employee is enrolled in benefits or not.
