Add MCR Fields to Assignment Subject Areas to report on

Description (Required):
For employees to be picked up on the MCR, Role Identifier and Teachers Pension Reference are required.
To track any new starters or new assignments for employees we require the facility to report on any employees that are to be enrolled.
This would normally be through OTBI reporting, but these fields are not currently available on OTBI and we currently have to report through data model.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
To ensure that all employees that are eligible to be entered into the Teachers Pension Scheme will be reportable for auditing and checking for any new employees that have not had these fields populated.
Enhancement Request / Service Request: Add
Role Identifier and Teachers Pension Reference to be added to the Assignments subject area.
