Deploying BI Applications Config Template Failed and Distributing Repository Failed during BI APPS C

Hi All,

I was trying to set up an OBIA 11.1.1.8.1 instance for a demo purpose. Everything went fine including Patches and upgrading ATG ,FSM .But when configuration process started I am getting an error at 0% only before it starts at Deploying BI Applications Config Template Task.

Till now I haven't come across any issues with respect to installation and applying patches and all of a sudden I am getting this strange issue for which I am not able to find a solution.

Further when I skipped that particular task and continued the configuration process again its getting failed in DISTRIBUTING REPOSITORY step. I was told to set up a loop back adapter,still got the same issue but later when I checked in my server,I found it that IP has already been made static.So I don't think there is any need to set up loop back adapter.

Kindly give your valuable suggestions in resolving my issue.

I have attached the screenshot of the configuration process in which we can see the phase at which process is getting failed.
