Description (Required): Oracle cloud ERP should have the ability to generate a csv output without headers in BI publisher report.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): We have an outbound program running daily which sends cloud data to third party. But third party send out the alerts of failed imports due to header row on each import from cloud, Business do not want header row in these files.
